No. As previously stated. Once he had me by the neck I couldn’t do much. Dude is big.
When I brought up him grabbing me by the neck and his morning he said he didn’t do it. I said show me the video of me being escorted out and he refused. Then said go get the cops if I wanted.
I was basically advised if I got the cops the camera would have been “faulty” and missed recording it.

Then go to the cops and tell them they are serving kids alcohol. The owner would be happy to show them the cameras showing that none of his employees served alcochol to kids, and then they would see him grab you by the neck

No kidding. I'm watching all my friends FB posts from Omaha bragging about this and I can think about is how the owner of the restaurant must be laughing his arse off.
Does the Rocco's in Omaha take forever to put together your order like the ones here? I ate there twice, and both times the place was pretty empty, but took over 30 minutes to fix two poboys. I never went back.

I was advised by a someone that he would or probably already has deleted the footage and would just claim the camera doesn’t work or acted up.
Really nothing I can do legally besides just create a headache I won’t win based off of “he said vs she said.”

It's pretty stupid for Graves and this place to incentivize drinking or eating booze. I get that it's harmless for the most part but to make the amount of alcohol consumed as the measuring stick in today's world is pretty short cited. Todd sure likes to have his face in the media as much as possible. He seems like a bit of a diva. I believe you and you should go to the media and yelp and social media and anywhere else you can think of to tell people about this a-hole. I cant stand to see people like that get away with acting that way. Cheers mate

And the owner and his wife have 5 sports bars in Omaha, so just going out on a limb here that he's buddies with local law enforcement and likely donates to them. Hence why he doesn't care if you call.

Mr. Cop, I witnessed kids drinking in this establishment and the owner knew about it. Wouldn't be surprised if he deleted the footage

Put them on notice that the video is relevant evidence. If it mysteriously comes up missing the spoliation of evidence rules may work in your favor and against them.
