My cheesy solution

LK has a meeting with the players and tells them they have the opportunity to vote on what he wants him to do. He could create a poll so they could vote anonymously. A. Roster the players… frick the sec and frick the consequences…or option B.. drop them and play it safe so we can’t potentially be punished or potentially held out of playoffs down the line. Whatever the players vote for. Just roll with it. They’re the ones I’d feel for esp seniors if the slim chance they get hosed and miss playoff over this selective outrage bs. Stupid maybe but that seems like a semi level headed and fair way to settle it.

Yeah. Maybe just if they should play them or not. Bc rostering them vs playing seem like two totally diff things. I’d imagine rostering them wouldn’t get them in nearly the hot water playing them could if things go south for us later. Decisions need to be made hastily. Idk. Just spitballing

Prob not. Seems like the team should have some input but I know that’s not realistic I guess. I’m so ready for this shite to be over and actual football to start. I hate this bullshite drama right here before wk1 of the Kiffin era.

He consulted the leadership council and they were all for it

What an awful idea. The president will make the decision. And if he doesn't and wants to put off the ownership and accountability to the players then he has no balls and shouldn't be in a leadership position
