To address the clauses you pointed out:
4A - No chance. There would have to be a blatant pattern of unprofessional conduct.
4B - Kim’s leadership resulting in a lack of competitiveness? lol
4D - Only applicable if she refused to do press conferences in general, not for missing one.
4E - Not relevant, promoting the success of the team
4F - Not relevant, Directing the team and program
4N - Not relevant, this is about sportsmanship.
I don’t understand where you are going with section 10. Did she accept money for appearances that were not approved by LSU? If not, this is irrelevant.
Anyway, these are just the duties. The section you should be looking at is section 11, Termination for Cause. Specifically, you should be looking at 11.1.E which deals with “Unreasonable refusal or repeated to perform any duties…” No court would rule in an employer’s favor for a single instance of missing a press conference once, especially when she can say she felt sick to her stomach over the firing of Woodward. Cause would be refused and it would turn into termination without cause, which they are free to do whenever they want but requires payout of contract.

If she is smart she will avoid the media for a while. I can't wait to see the meltdown when she doesn't comment on the recent player's hissy fit calling half the fan base racist. If KM doesn't have her back, the media is going to tear her to pieces (again).
