Loved Cook, was looking forward to seeing what he and Gaines would be in the backcourt, especially on defense. Leblanc was a very good defensive player just out of position because of our lack of size and depth up front. Hyatt was billed as a shooter but never shot the ball well. He gave effort and understood his assignment but was out of position and outgunned in just about every matchup.

I felt like Hyatt wasn’t good his first year but his second year here he was a lot better
People forget Hyatt scored 13 pts in a ncaa tournament game
Cook was a guy I wish had stayed here instead of going to Tulane, I was stoked to have him back a couple of years later but he and McMahon butted heads

Wish we would’ve had Cook for the 21-22 season.

Me too
We could’ve used his offense
Also wish Adam miller wouldn’t have torn his acl, he would have been the shooter on that team

Gaines was fun to watch. Loved when he would get a steal and fast break, twitchy was the best description of him.
