Guys from the early 90s who seem overlooked are
Johnny Tellechea - skip said was the best defensive first baseman he ever had.
Mike Neal - utility type guy who was really solid
Jason Williams - been mentioned. 4 year starter and great career
Rich Cordani - gritty outfielder who had the clutch gene
Mike Sirotka - damn near single-handedly pitched us to the championship game in ‘93
Johnny Tellechea - skip said was the best defensive first baseman he ever had.

Most underrated is probably DJ LeMahieu. Super consistent player, which is why he has been able to play big league ball all this time.

Since no one answered, I googled it and his name was Terry Belle. He was drafted for MLB. Sadly he passed away in a car accident in 2011
