That kind of goes out the window when you dismantle any real threat

They are by far the best team in CFB

So if a team walks through their schedule they must be overrated and the schedule is easy? Are you sure its not because they're that good?

They beat the crap out of Tennessee, Tennessee beat the crap out of us. They beat the crap out of Oregon on a neutral field, we lost to Florida state on a neutral field. Are we overrated?

To me "overrated" implies there is SOMEBODY who should be ranked above them. Who exactly SHOULD that be?

Silly thread.

Georgia's schedule was setup 4-5 years ago. It's not their fault some of those teams suck balls, and FLA & AUB shite in the bed this year. Give them credit for being undefeated. Each team plays their best game vs. Georgia since they are the defending NC's. FYI - I'm not a UGA fan, just stating facts

They are the best team in the country but that doesn't mean they're not beatable, which they definitely are. They struggled against Missouri. Every team has an off game and maybe that was theirs, lord knows LSU struggled against inferior talent at times during the 2019 season so I'm not saying LSU has a good chance of beating them in Atlanta BUT this notion that Georgia is somehow untouchable is false.

If LSU plays its best football, we have a shot at shocking everyone - just like we shocked everyone when we beat Bama. Nobody gave us a chance then either.

Just saying.

I'm not interested in underestimating Georgia. Whens the last time they lost? SEC championship game last year to Bama?

lmao

You haven't watched them this year then. Them and Ohio State clearly separate from the rest. Georgia has a game like Missouri where they'll play down to competition but overall, when they get up for a game they're probably best team in country.

Some similarities for LSU too. People point to a terrible Arkansas performance on the road in cold with a sick team but does LSU get up in big games? Yes they do. 1 game performance doesn't decide a team's next game. Daniels will have to play out of his mind to beat Georgia and the only way to do that is make them respect his passing ability otherwise they will devour him with that D.

Disagree. They are still a good team.

I think we lose 2 out of 3 to them. Same for Georgia. I hope we win the one that matters.

Sorry but I’m not impressed by the Oregon win. I DGAF how high they want to rank that team they are 100% overrated as frick and would get their arse handed to them by any team with a decent defense.

What everyone else has pointed and to throw on top they are the defending National Champions!

I hardly think they are overrated.

We boast about the difficulties of the SEC and Georgia runs through it and a top 10 Pac-12 team and now they're overrated?

ETA: They beat Tennessee and Oregon by a combined score of
76-16.

People are talking about Georgia being overrated and how LSU can beat them. I'm just sitting here hoping LSU beats A&M. Just beat UAB and A&M and let the chips fall where they may against Georgia.

To me LSU is so far ahead of schedule it's absurd. I don't expect them to beat Georgia. I don't think they are there yet. But if you told me before the season that LSU would (hopefully) finish 10-3, win the West, and go to a NY6 Bowl Game in BK's first year I would've taken it in a heartbeat. Easy to forget that in the offseason most people were saying that 7 or 8 wins would be a huge success.
