Oh wow these guys have no idea what’s coming, not a clue. No it’s not just Burrow you have to deal with its how do you stop the entire offense because no one has come close this year, even the best defenses in college football. It’s not about scheme, Kirby smart I think actually out schemed LSU for the most part. It was Chase, CEH, Marshall and Jefferson that made plays and got open and Burrow made the plays to beat them for 4 quarters.

Not only that but we actually do have a very good run game just not against Georgia and we still got over 100 yards rushing against them as well. So yea good luck trying to stop this offense. No one else has but Oklahoma will somehow do what no one else has come close to doing? Sure pal.

But as we know, he can throw great on the run

No he can't. I realize the P&G glasses crowd will downvote this to oblivion, but Burrow is not great throwing on the run. He's an excellent runner, he moves around the pocket very well, and he is nonpareil when pressured, but get him running, and he's average throwing the ball (He's great at keeping his eyes downfield, but that's a different thing.)

I anticipate the assertion of his 70 plus yard play to Jefferson against Georgia, but Jefferson was 10 yards in the clear. It was a great PLAY by Burrow, but it was not a great pass. His miss to #6 against Bama in the second half is more typical of his throws while on the run.

Joe Burrow is very dangerous when pressured because he has remarkable poise, and because he can break containment very well. I think he compares very favorably to Joe Montana, one of the all-time greats. Both had average arm strength but could dissect a defense. Joe has better scrambling ability, and Montana was more accurate on the run. Other than those, they are very similar.

First 40 seconds. They call the offense air raid. We don’t run the air raid.

Football ignorance is unforgivable

Same with them, take away cd lamb or take away hurts but I think it would hurt them more if shut down cd lamb. Jalen hurts has fumbled quite a few times this season so I like hurts as the starter.

You really can't expect anything better from a state where they go fishing by sticking their hands in holes along the river bank.

I was at a neighborhood Christmas party Saturday night and walked past a woman I'd met for the first time an hour previously, only to hear her telling a group of people that LSU fans are all thugs and a-holes.

I said, "Ouch! I'm an LSU grad and am neither one of those." She didn't apologize.

Guess we're not going be BFFs or hang together in the hood. Clearly, I won't be inviting her to my playoff parties.

What an a-holish thug she turned out to be!

You do realize that all these things are what makes him great at throwing on the run????

They should have to pay to attend the ‘Two Joe’s Passing Clinic’. Can’t keep giving away all all these spots each week!

Please blitz. Please. No. I'm begging you. Blitz. Make him beat you.

Ask UGA how that worked out for them.
