There is so much more to a QB effectiveness than this.

Exactly. If arm strenth were the only factor the JJ would have been an All American instead of the disaster he was.

At one point during the game they mentioned how Burrow scored in the 98th percentile on quick analysis and decision making. That is a once in a lifetime type thing. THIS is the real differentiator. When Brennan gets to play, I wish they’d let him throw more so we can see what he can really do.

I think all Brennan needs to do is step into the leadership role once burrow leaves. I know it sounds simplistic but it’s beyond all the locker room rah rah stuff. Push the receivers. Practice and get to know them like if it were him running the routes. Simply put, to put in work in the classroom so to speak. He has talent. Joe became a student of the game. That’s the difference between joe this year and joe last. Brennan will be fine.
