There were literally a half-dozen in that game alone - the crowd's reaction to the annoucement that Stanford had defeated USC has been discussed ad nauseum, but bears repeating.

Words fail me in attempting to describe that moment.

Moments in LSU sports history where you still get goosebumps.

Though recent, Mathieu's second punt return against UGA. Keep thinking he's going to slip that last tackle.

Had he scored on that play, he may have finished even higher in the Heisman voting.......
That was fricking unreal....

This. A lot of others have been discussed and whereas LSU didn't go on to win the title if you had had the good fortune to have been in the Omni in Atlanta that day with 15,000 UK fans that never once thought they could possibly lose, that moment is just incredible.

1- 1978 LSU vs. UK basketball

2- 1979 LSU vs. USC football

3- DiNardo's first year vs. Auburn (interception in the end zone to end the game). Nice revenge for the multiple interception game from the previous year.

The entire night of the SECCG in 07 was like magic.

Thanks to LSUMatt we all pretty much knew what had to happen to make the NCG, a dream most of us gave up after Ark. Then to win the SEC, Have OU, and Pitt pull off their wins, and drink the night away knowing that somehow, we were getting a shot in NOLA. That was awesome.

Also Joe Addai carrying Fla's defense into the endzone in 04. As jacked up as that season was, that play defined Addai IMO. He's still one of my favorite Tigers ever.

Whenever they announced USC had lost during the Florida game in 07 -- in the student section, what an experience

Was at that game. Still one of my coolest TS experiences. Websters INT in the 4th is pretty high on my list.

a fun moment was Neltner's putback at the buzzer (bama i think?)
bass took the shot, literally waving everyone else off and waiting for clock to wind down.
then neltner grabbed rebound and put it back in
they had to review it, so you had the huge noise eruption, a minute or so of nervous delay while review, then a 2nd eruption when the basket counted

"Bring Back the Magic Game" - a classic for the ages. Tiger Stadium lived up to its billing for the first time in a long while - and the team refused to lose.
