Mizzou is the forgotten SEC member

Title says it all. Just think about why they're even here, the SEC needed someone else to join after inviting A&M to keep it an even number. Their real rival is Kansas, in the Big 12/10/Whatever, which they left.
Personally, I never think about them, except when we're playing them. "Oh yeah, Mizzou is here, too."

I don't expect to sweep any other series. I do think we win the series against mizzou and georgia tho

Florida played R-Kansas better than we did, and you saw how that went. I'm not expecting a sweep at all, though.

Not true. If I peruse SEC title game results, I’m reminded that Mizzou entered with a splash, and had a chance at staking a great claim against Auburn in the 2013 SECCG. They played admirably.

Not true. They have more SEC championship game appearances than South Carolina, Kentucky, and Vanderbilt combined.

Even people in their own state dont care.
I was in STL last week for work and SW Missouri last summer with the family and i probably saw 3 people all week with Mizzou stuff.
Its a pro state- Cardinals/Chiefs/Royals/Blues
Hell, last week i saw more OU and Arkansas gear than Mizzou

A&M does not belong in the SEC either. Their rival is Texas and the Texas schools.

Only real misstep the SEC has made in expansion, but back then it was about TV footprint and STL/KC looked attractive.
In hindsight several ACC schools would have been better. NC State probably would have jumped at the chance and I think they’d be a better fit.

I have no expectations. On paper, we should be able to outhit and outpitch them in at least 2 games. But, poor defense and our inability to hit lefties could make it more even. Losing 2 would be bad. You have to win 2, no matter how ugly it looks.
I want to see some situational baseball. Bunt successfully when you can, hit behind runners, get guys moving on the bases, etc. When defense is an issue, you have to scratch a run every now and then even if you expect to slug.
