It's a good thing when the other fanbase is pissed. Lets you know we have a good one in hand.

It's understandable that they would be unhappy, but the reality is coaches are hired to be fired and they have to do what's best for the family. I hated losing our OC, but it's going to happen whether we like it or not. Just remember, as quickly as they are hired, they can also get fired just as fast.
And that's basically the nature of the business, so, I don't understand why people get so upset. It's a business, coaches are hired and fired all of the time. They move on to the next gig, either you do the job or you don't.

This is true. People were Hella mad when we hired Kelly. We were also Hella mad when Saban went to Bama.

Then again, some people were mad when Napier when to Florida, so there's that.

I had no idea they were this delusional. It’s entertaining and irritating at the same time.

They have a right to be angry (more like resentful, jealous.)

They did everything right. Built slowly, got coordinators that weren’t the hottest names in sports. Extended them—thought they had them locked up—and got the rug pulled out from under them.

At the end of the day, they are Missouri and we are LSU. It’s the law of the jungle…we get what we want, they get mad about it.

I can see a fan being disappointed when a good coach leaves, just like they are disappointed by a loss by their team. But I see no reason to feel angry, resentful, or even jealous. Enjoy your blessings and ride with the Tigers. A member of the Mizzou media said he took it "Personal" that Baker was leaving, because a few days before he had tweeted he was coming back to Mizzou. "Personal"? Get some help, amigo.

They’re like 3rd team Tigers. LSU & even Auburn are above them.

I wasn’t mad at all that Napier went to Florida. I knew he wasn’t going to succeed. You can check my history if you want .

It's disappointing, but I'm not too upset. We'll see if Drink can minimize the damage.

Their stadium is bush league, 62,621 capacity and a rocky chintzy end zone.

The fact that he was semi responsible for a college kid dying is why a lot of fans hate Kelly. The fake southern accent and weird dancing with recruits doesn’t help.

I’m bummed Baker left but that’s the business, the fact we were going to pay him top 5 coordinator $ means this administration is serious about competing in football.

The sad part is that this is more of meme now. Not many people know the story they just respond “he killed a kid” because that’s what you say.

but this is a backward move in their opinion

None of them REALLY believe that though. Unless they’re just completely irrational or maybe 12 yo otherwise they absolutely realize there’s levels & they aren’t on LSUs.

If an 11 Win season is something “Special” then uve got a ways to go just to reach the stairs that take you to the top or LSUs Level.

The majority of Mizzou fans don’t believe it as a “backwards move”. That’s a very small minority like some of the psychopaths you guys have as fans.

The lateral move belief is because the $ is essentially the same and he has an already built defense at Mizzou whereas he is rebuilding one at LSU. Also, next season has a chance to be a special year considering our weak schedule and a lot of our players from this season are returning.
