ETA: Anybody know if Ward is okay? We’ll lose the game if he’s out, but the rest of the season may just completely fall apart if he is OUT out.

For the gamblers the most points State has given up in a W in conference is 72. LSU live line at 71.5. Interesting!

LSU is passing up some good looks to try and find better looks. think we need to pull the trigger sooner, MSU's defense is legit.

I don't think so. LSU is shooting better than Moo State except from 3pt range. This may be our best free throw shooting game so far, 8-8 from the line. What is killing us is second chance points and turnovers. Offensive rebounds favor Miss State 11 to 3. LSU has turned the ball over 9 times to States 5. Plus a ridiculous technical and LSU is down only 7.

Ward isn’t on the floor & we are 1/9 from beyond the arc. I only saw Baker give up one or two threes, but those guys on the outside for MSU are lanky AF

To me, breaking the matchup zone and hitting shots is how this game shakes out. Even though we’re not a great FT shooting team, you have to break the zone down and get fouls or kick out.

Lsu only has a chance if ward is out there, we are down too many pieces. Not to mention, coming off a court storming, this is going about as expected

Mainly what I meant, not really thinking about layups + I only saw 2 or 3 midrange Js the whole half.
We are gonna need to hit some from long range because their post play is strong.

Fouls add up and guys play defense more tentatively if they are in foul trouble so it pays dividends even if the FT shooting is less than stellar.
