Seriously. What's the big deal? If he's not found guilty of the charges, who cares? All we've heard this whole time is that it was the LSU players' faults. What if the investigation concludes that the other "party" started it?

Involved does not mean he violently attacked someone. How do you know he didn't just pull people off? If that was the case, then everyone out there was involved too and needs to be suspended. He can't suspend JJ until he knows for sure he was throwing punches, kicks or w/e in the fight.
Mediocre as JJ is, it will hurt if he is suspended. He is starting ahead of JL for a reason.

At some point, Miles has to start giving someone else just as many reps at 1st team. Just because no charges are on yet, doesn't mean it will be like that a week from now.
He is not dumb to give JJ all the reps now, if a charge or even a lawsuit occurs in the next few weeks.

Wait, so all these "revelations" about this Liz chick came from some idiots posting on facebook? That absolutely sounds reliable. 
On a lighter note it turns out Andrew Lowery was actually on an episode of cheaters and hence all the secrecy. Wouldn't want any spoilers.

Then that should tell ya something. He thinks that JJ and the others are either innocent(which I highly doubt) or they were justified in what they did and it was self defense.
