The police don't even have the whole story yet, but you expect Les to know and make an informed decision that affects the future of several players?

Les needs to POLICE his own players. This is seperate from the law. Why can't you get this???

Yes, hence the "happenstance" comment. Sounds more like they all told him they were innocent, but he is preparing for the possibility that charges do get pressed against them.

I'm certainly not a lawyer, but my advice is let the judicial process play out. The DA will determine if there is sufficient evidence to proceed with charges. At that time, I would expect Les to react accordingly as to player eligibility. I wish this mess was over but you know as well as I that the legal process moves at its own pace.

Miles is doing the right thing imo, you wait for the Police investigation to finish before acting. Not that hard to comprehend imo.
