Read between the lines and it's not dofficult to interpret.

My take: Crowton is stepping down (at least not calling any plays) and Gonzo or Miles will be calling them. We'll get a new OC at the end of the season.

The fact that DM said it might not come out indicates internal changes, which means Crowton wouldnt be stepping down publicly.

Perhaps Gonzales takes over game management and play calling, but GC is still the OC.

Either way, even if nothing is made public, if there is a change we should notice it on the field saturday.

btw, the bigger problem is not Les overriding GC on gameday (if that does happen a lot), but rather:

1. the lack of developing a QB
2. the lack of a cohesive offensive approach that focuses on doing a few things well
3. the lack of drilling repetition of scenarios into players so that we have minimal delays of game, clock issues, personnel issues on offense.
