The worst, though, has to be Steele. This soft zone bullshite is hilarious considering DB talent on this team.

I don't understand why this isn't being talked about more. Our ability to contain the edge is nonexistent and we don't seem to be able to correct for it.

I agree, when they hired Steele I knew this was a huge mistake, he has only had success doing one thing and that is recruiting. that is it.

Miles was asked how will you reevaluate the problems with the offensive plan.

"I don't have the answers."

According to the rant, this should be heralded as great news because everything Miles says to the press is a lie.

Miles, "I don't have the answers."

Hire a proven, very solid college OC and let HIM take over the offense and keep your hands out of it.

Link? Not saying I don't believe you, but I don't believe you. Too many turds take things out of context, Post bullshite, run with it as fact

It is out of context somewhat. Here's the LINK (also, you could just look at the fricking home page). He basically says "I don't have the answers right now. I need to look at the film." And while he may not have specifics for this game, frick man, the problem has been the same for 10 years: the offense is anemic.

But it hasn't been. It wasn't for 7 games this season, which is odd. The oline turned into dog shite over night. Arkansas had the worst d in the sec. Usually when the o sucks it sucks all season. It's only sucked two games. That's what I find odd.

If you said there were years the offense suck, I would give it to you, but its really been only 3 out of 11. And 2009 the qb play wasn't pathetic, LSU didn't run the ball very well that year, mostly due to that shitty 2005 class because of a coaching change. Had no upperclassmen studs on that line, saban decide not to recruit well in 04 and 05.

OK I rewatched the presser. How is what he said any diff than saban? After the ole Miss game, saban said if I knew the reasons why this happened or we get a substitution penalty after a time out I wouldn't need to coach anymore. He didn't have the answers either.

That's a lot different from "I don't have the answers." Every coach ever has said exactly what he's said right there.

That said, he needs to be ready to make some major changes soon, or he needs to be shown the door.

no one has the answers after a loss or they would have implemented changes during the game. all the problems with the team are not scheme related.

losing Gordon and moore has hurt a lot. maybe miles knows from practice that harris cannot win the game for us. we can and should make scheme changes but that is not the only issue. the players are not making plays. that's a big problem also.

Yep. Which is why others called the OP out on the misrepresentation.

I think Harris is a great talent but he needs a lot more maturity and development (remember he's a sophomore compared to the seniors the team has faced the last two weeks - a big difference that many fans are over looking).

this is a very lame and very tired excuse.

Harris has been in Cam's system for nearly two full years and now has the better part of a season's worth of experience as the starter.

Young QBs can, and do, play very well for teams all across the country.

So stop using the "inexperience" excuse.

But they play in the east. They shut down Ole Miss, which I thought was impressive, but Vandy & Mizzou don't have offensive pulses. And inexplicably, Richt started a back up QB vs. the best defense he was going to see among SEC East teams. At least let the backup get his first start vs. a Vandy or USCe.
