So unequal that he was given a free education and platform to showcase his skills in order to obtain a lucrative contract for playing a fricking game. So unequal that the very state you now chastise, propped him up with love and respect on his way to making millions of dollars that was only possible because this very state gave him the opportunity to do so.

In short, frick you.

They don't respect my right to pray and I don't respect his right to trash a moment dedicated to those who gave everything for this country.

Unequal treatment? Isn't the government of most southern cities ran by AA. Are they mistreating their brothers and sisters? If I'm in error, move to Jackson and call brother Reid for some help.

You must be lost and not know where you are. They’ve turned against any former player who has the audacity to complain about the unequal and disparate treatment of African Americans in America. Like one of them reminded Eric, this is not California. This is a blood red state that elected David Duke to Congress. Many are more inclined to want to string him up than respect his right to protest or be concerned about what he protested about.

Oh please. The vast majority of LSU's athletes, who are treated like royalty during and after their college days, are black. Eric Reid is disliked for the same reason Kaepernick is, nationwide. And Rapinoe as well.

Eric Reid is now bitching that money was DONATED to enhance the quality of the facilities for LSU's predominately black athletes. And you are bringing up fricking David Duke to defend his asinine complaints.

When you can't view anything outside of a racial or political prism you are in the realm of zealotry and delusion.

Really

When interviewing for a job or promotion you pretty much have to interview minorities and give them the job if they are qualified.

United N College Fund. Is there a united white boy college fund.

Why are colleges required to admit a certain % of minorities.

Why are companies required to hire a certain % of minorities.

I don’t see groups like BLM that are a majority white being allowed to match.

White people dont have a recognized white history month.

After the most recent revelations aboutMLK I don’t see a nationwide stance to remove his statues, remove his holiday, or rename roads.

How would it have gone if white people had acted towards Obama like everyone (all races) are acting towards trump.

I could care less if Eric Reid was green or blue. I lost respect for any athlete or celebrity that kneels, doesn’t acknowledge this country, or y’all shite especially when they are multi millionaires because of living in this country.

Want to know a true athlete who was a real hero PAT freaking TILLMAN, any athlete that attends a service academy, and any athlete that has ever put his career and life in the line to allow idiots like Reid, kap, and Rapinoe to do what they do.

You guys kill me. Doesn't matter what Eric says now. Do you not remember that he is the reason we beat Alabama in the last game we won from them. He is a great Tiger and will always be a great Tiger! Everyone is entitled to their opinion whether you agree with it or not. That's why we cherish our freedom and free speech.

Ball players with money get hit up for all kinds of charities and causes. If you are a rich Tiger fan and you think a new locker room will help recruiting then I guess that's where you spend some of your money. It's all good. We can all do some kind of good in this world. Pass it on and it will come back to you.

Having different beliefs is why we have wars. Quit trying to minimize this fact.

Its not because he has different beliefs. What is wrong, is trashing someone else for using THEIR resources (donations mind you) in a way they see fit (exactly what the donations were intended for) and supposedly ignoring a problem that you see. While at the same time, having your OWN resources that you could easily use to help combat said problem that you see, but don't do dick about it.

Its being hypocritical. He wants something done, but he wants someone else to do it.

Plenty of his teammates have made donations that help out.

So yea... "frick him"

This locker room issue has nothing to do with race. Unless you are implying that the scholarship money Reid is referring to should only go to the African American students? Which would seem to be borderline "unequal and disparate treatment" to the other students.

Basically every major city in America is ran by Democrats and Reid was fine until he was drafted by San Franciso and moved there. I am sure he supports the city paying for needles and syringes to give to all the drug addicts too.

The guy has a right to protest and his protest literally consisted of taking a knee during a song. Some of you are acting like he's burning flags and plotting terrorist attacks.

Relax.

He's now attacking the university for how a private donor's money was spent the way he wanted to be spent.

He needs to be disassoicated from the program as much as possible. Could care less about all the take a knee BS, but taking a shot at your former school about something you know nothing about all while probably not putting up any of your own money needs to be called out, and that's what you see our coaches and players doing now. We're not putting up with that bullshite.

We have enough dummies out there obsessed with making LSU look as bad as possible right now (Vitale, yahoo sports, random library pic dude). We dont need a former player attacking the school now with all the positivity going on in the program.
