Yeah I listen to the press conference. Katie seems like a very nice person and was complimentary of Kim, even used to idolized her growing up when Kim was in college.

Been lots of articles about her (Mulkey’s) stance over the years with regards to the issue of LGBTQRS, etc. It all boils down to she coached at Baylor. Baylor is a Christian school and would (purportedly) kick a person out of school if they came out of the closet.
Therefore, Kim had a “don’t ask, don’t tell “ policy.
In many of those idiots’ heads, that’s homophobia. It was just her way of keeping those girls from getting kicked off the team.

The media hated Mulkey before this. They just added this to the reasons they don’t like her. First off, she was at Baylor which is a super conservative religious school then she took the job at LSU and the first thing she did was say something about masks at her press conference.

Her criminal actions violating Russia’s drug laws caused her to be held as a prisoner. Politics got her out of prison. Tells you everything you need to know about that author.
