Thomas is not medically cleared to play right now, same with Marlon Taylor

Do you know the extent of the injury? Is he someone that could play in the second part of the year?

Well well well... we meet again LSU (and this time we’ve got a chance!).
Excellent write up on the Aggies. Couldn’t have summed up our team better myself. Hoping this is a good game and no one gets injured. I was in BR for the football game this year and had very pleasant interactions with LSU fans/alumni. Wishing you guys the best this season (other than a loss tomorrow)!

I've heard through a fairly reliable source that Taylor had to have a second procedure on his foot recently. Whatever the injury, the initial procedure (done around May) works in most cases, but sometimes needs a second procedure. Often, the second procedure fixes the issue relatively quickly. There is some hope that he could be back by late December or in January.
We will have to wait and see. I hope for his sake as a senior and LSU, that he is fully healed soon. Everyone heals and reacts differently to similar injuries and procedures.

They arent being clear on Thomas' injury/status really other than they "want to get him cleared"

Wade said the earliest date they are hoping is for East Tennessee State on December 18th. Worst case maybe SEC play in January.

They have 3 7 footers but 2 of them are not talented (7 ppg combined) and no word yet if Queta will play. The bigger concern is playing an efficient, although not deep, veteran team who will make LSU pay if they continue to turn the ball over
