Men’s basketball season tickets download

New season ticket holder for men’s basketball. Got an email that my tix were ready but they aren’t showing not showing in my lsu account. Anyone else have this problem?

No. I got the email & they show up to download under “My Tickets” & “upcoming events” on my account

My deal worked fine, got tickets and pass downloaded.

I had trouble on my desktop computer but was fine on my cell phone. I was freaking out yesterday that I forgot to renew. It was terrible.

Me.
I called the ticket office asking for some help and had the pleasure of talking to some smartass, douchebag, student who was of ZERO assistance. Eventually, I was able to download them through my phone.
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who had trouble accessing the tickets on my desktop.

Worked fine on my phone. Tickets have been available for quite some time to download but just got around to it.

How did you resolve the issue? About to call the ticket office when they open at 9 and hoping they can figure it out quickly

Did you try using your phone? I had no problems getting them using my phone.

Yes. If you have a ticket rep, call or text that person as you will get more efficient help than dealing with the students who generally answer the ticket office number. My issue was resolved in less than 2 minutes.

I would suggest logging into lsutix.net on your phone and logging in. You should see upcoming events and if you click the icon on it that looks like a ticket it should prompt you to add the all in one season ticket to your wallet.

I ended up downloading the LSU sports app and was able to get the tickets for my account through my phone.
Maybe it was just a ploy to get me to download the app

Is there a way to transfer all season tix to Apple Wallet other than 1 game at a time?

Yes. If you download the all in 1 ticket it changes after tonights game it will automatically turn into the next game.

They should download as an All-in-One and will change automaticallyas the next game comes up
