Yeah our network of trial lawyer financiers should totally bankroll this just in case...

You know Napoleon got banished to an island once and came back stronger than before - it could happen

Doesn’t make much sense. If he’s cleared to coach, is mcneese the best job he can get? I wouldn’t think so
Whenever a coach is fired for shadiness (and stop... you know he was fired for shadieness) just about every time, the coach has to step down in class and prove himself again before he gets another higher job.
The only exception I can think of is Bobby Knight... and sir... Will Wade is no Bobby Knight.

The questions is will LSU schedule McNeese if this happens. That would be an interesting atmosphere in the PMAC.
Would be the largest crowd next season for sure.

Maybe McNeese is counting on the NCAA’s slowness for a risk-free hire. Some poster talking about this rumor said the deal would be for two years.
They hire Wade and get a drawing card. He gets a McNeese-like salary and terms in his contract that if he is hit with a show-cause, the contract is immediately voided and he is gone without compensation.
Wade has no leverage but to accept, but gets to coach again. That’s the only way I see this makes sense. I personally think Wade gets hit with a multi-year show-cause.
By the way, where did that guy disappear to that started that thread claiming that he had inside knowledge that Wade’s NCAA hearing will be “this week or early next week” and that Wade would be cleared—about six weeks ago?

Wtf are you talking about. Nobody has to “clear” him to coach. Nothing has happened and nothing will happen

Of course that led to dozens of Wade nut gobblers repeating the same thing based off his post.
Eta: he also posted that Ole Miss wanted Wade "bad" and offered him the job. Since Ole Miss just interviewed Beard I guess he will tell us soon why Wade turned it down.

I find it hilarious that some people think the ncaa is just going to forget about will wade’s 7 level 1 recruiting violations he currently has. Until he is cleared of those, or serves his time with a show cause, not a single Power 5 school is going to hire him

Lol you guys are just making shite up at this point.

They must be really broke. This should’ve happened years ago. Fire Keith Ree-shard! The whole athletic department should move them at division 2 if they’re not going to generate enough support.

Not a single thing I said was made up. Those are the facts of this situation. Ask Jeremy Pruitt how it is working out for him right now. Wade is literally in the exact same situation as him

There are two allegations against Wade and 1 against Armstrong. One of these allegations has already been investigated and cleared. Nothing is going to happen.

Maybe you should go back and read Ross dellinger’s article on it. Wade is involved in 6 total level 1 recruiting violations, 4 of his own, and 2 more for failure to corporate in the investigation and withholding evidence.
