Banks is solid, they like him. This would be get depth behind him. Tulane runs a spread option offense so QB runs a lot, good to have a backup QB ready to go.

That's a great CAREER move for him.
If the dude is intellectually honest with himself then he realizes he is not going into the NFL. Getting a FREE graduate degree from Tulane would put him on a path to success in the corporate world.
