and he had maybe the best stats ever as a true freshman at LSU. better than herb tyler. can't use hodson because he was a RS in 86.

Brilliant. I’ve pulled against the kid on the field since he left, but I respect the hell out of him for coming back from that injury. To battle through that, he’s not a pussy. Truth be told, he’s just worked a system that is screwed up to begin with. Definitely believe he’s been given some bad advice over the years from those he trusts, also.

He needs to give it up

Geritol will soon extend a NIL sponsorship at his next destination!

That is utter bullshite. Move on with your life, Max. Nobody likes the old guy at the bar.
NCAA needs to adopt a 5 to play 4 rule across the board. Get your shite done in 5 years and get out.

How does he still have eligibility?
Alright, here we go....
2020 - doesnt count
2021 - true freshman year
2022 - true sophomore year, only played in 4 games; took redshirt
2023 - RS soph year
2024 - RS junior year; got hurt game 1, probably got medical redshirt
2025 - RS junior year again...only played in 4 games but already took a regular redshirt so pretty sure he cant take another
2026 should be his RS senior season
Posted on 12/5/25 at 1:33 pm to AscensionTiger
The fact he still barely has more passing yards and 11 less TD’s in his Career than Burrow had in a season is actually insane!
Posted on 12/5/25 at 1:34 pm to AscensionTiger
Damn, Max has got to be at least 45. Gonna retire from CFB, like Pavia.

Going for his 4th school

I'll be glad when the Covid era 30-somethings finally run out of eligibility. The NFL age limit was set to protect kids from playing a contact sport with grown arse men. Now they're doing it in college.

He leaves a trail of fired coaches in his wake. Belichick is next to go.

they left out the stat that he has 50 interceptions (sarcasm).
