The thing I don’t get is why anyone would pay Myles Brennan anything.

I like the guy that is focused on the game and not the other stuff. However, Myles may have family working on that stuff for him. We really do not know.
If it is a distraction it will show up on the practice field and make it easy to name a starter.
Both are great young men and talented, can see them both playing this year.

Both kids are great quarterbacks. Both have shown a commitment to the team and the program. Both are deserving of the starting job. I think Johnson has the intangibles that Brennan doesn't. Still, the sample size is relatively small and the conditions last year were not ideal. Johnson just seemed to perform better overall with his starts and the team operated a little differently. I have faith that the right guy will be under center. If I'm wrong, well we have a really good backup waiting to take the job. I think trying to extract meaning from what you see online is stretch and likely doesn't cover the types of things you should be reviewing to determine the ability of a QB to lead a team.

Myles Brennan is very slow. Hopefully any endorsements for him are direct deposit. Otherwise the time it takes him to walk to the mailbox for the check might cause him to miss the opener.

I don’t get the endorsement deals with these college athletes. There is no college or pro athlete that will entice me to use their product or eat at an establishment just because their name is associated with it. I don’t eat at Walk Ons because Drew Brees is part owner. The food or product has to be good. So you are going to eat at a place that endorses Derek Stingley if the food is terrible? I don’t get it!
