That’s just baseball, tough breaks, weather, ball didn’t bounce our way, fought hard, tip your hat to the other guy..... some combination of this

Unless he has a rational reason for pulling Marceaux I'd rather he just not say anything.

He said when Dugas went down, the game became unimportant.

Then thanked Gavin’s parents for taking him to the hospital.

He HAS to have a good reason. And, if that reason is that he was worried about Marceaux's health due to his velocity, he probably can't say it so as not to cost Marceaux any money.

Either that, or Mainieri really has lost his marbles.

It's time.

Just replay every post game loss since he’s been here. They’re all the same.

I don't think so. This one is different.

This is the end. He knows it.

His reasoning is to save him for Tuesday. You don’t have to agree or like it but that is the reasoning. I don’t even like it but I understand why someone would think it.

For the record, pulling Marceaux was not the reason LSU lost this game. Coleman pitched really well.

I’ll be shocked if he makes any sort of comment acknowledging that. His ego won’t allow it.

If Pulmonary admits to pulling Marceaux, to save him for the SEC Tournament which they may not even make, he should be fired in College Station tonight.

Nailed it, scoring one run isn't going to win many games. The lack of urgency to win is pathetic.

I get why everyone is pissed about LM being pulled early so we have him for game one of the tourney, but that move didn’t hurt us, it was 1-1 when he left and we gave up a solo homer to one of the top homer guys in the country. That move didn’t hurt us!

It was an error that allowed a run to get in position to score and eventually did, and getting only TWO hits in 9 innings that killed any chance of beating A&M.

CPM’s move actually would have worked if LSU would have hit better then .072 at the plate!!!
