I would think the Cotton Bowl has to exercise a little PR in dealing with an LSU over TAMU selection, so I'm not too worried about this.

People are acting like TAMU is getting bumped or knocked out of what is rightfully theirs, but the truth is that the Manziel factor is the only reason they were bumped UP to begin with.
They would actually be slotted for Chick-Fil-A or lower. LSU is not being given any special privelege by being selected ahead of A&M for Cotton.
It would actually be a slap in LSU's face. A team that has forfeited home games in order to play in their place.
