would it be an easier decision for these kids if baseball players got full rides?
i think that goes without saying and a big reason why it's so difficult to convince top baseball talents to go to school. title IX screws over college baseball so much it's not even funny. i do not envy the stress that has to come with that part of being a college baseball coach

There is so much parody in college baseball because of the scholarship structure and limitations/--> good new thread to bitch about

Lately the parody has had more to do with the bats than anything else.

While a legitimate observation, look at the small conferences competing against the large conferences. Those kids at smaller schools would likely go to larger schools if the $$ was available

11.7, but close
that's total scholarships, And new rules instituted a few years ago require that all players receive at least 25% deals. I'm not aware of any defined cap on the number of full rides a team can provide, but it isn't feasible to have many and still provide at least 25% to all 27 scholarship player on the roster, which is why a lot of teams don't have any guys on full rides.

Parity. Parody is what the University of Georgia's baseball team is.
