"It has to be in a season where we're relevant and the other team is top 10 and it's at night, and not too hot, and it's an extremely close score going into the 2nd half."
But other than that....

I’ve actually been to the stadiums and experienced the difference.

How are all these other teams like Georgia, Alabama, Penn state, and ole miss full the entire game?
Ole Miss is a terrible example, but the rest are spot on.

I really dont understand anymore. Was at the florida game and it felt like noone left their seat until we broke that last long run to ice it..then you have games like this... I seriously don't know anymore whats up with this fanbase

We need to fix the problems regarding campus and traffic and the rest will return.
1) Get rid of the hood rats on campus doing nothing but skunking up the place, shooting, and twerking.
2) Close off campus to traffic like they used to. If you want to come late there should only be a few ways in.
3) Campus is an exit only after the game. No reason for Chargers and Challengers to be joy riding. Its time to go home or wait for traffic to die down while you watch the Big10 after dark.
Bonus: Cut down on the incessant TV timeouts and use those TV timeouts during injuries and replays. Also, the PA system was incredibly too loud for South Carolina. Also, cut the rap music and let the band play!

Because every time they play, the fans start a STTDB chant, on any and every song.
The piped in music isn’t much better than the STTDB chant.

Administration makes no attempt to make the stadium experience better for fans in ways that matter. We don't care about flashing lights and DJs we just want to be able to grab a decent snack and drink without missing half the game and be able to get rolling on the highway in a reasonable amount of time when the game ends.

People are prepping for a concert, not a football game.

Hate to agree but I do...Until they reduce seating by 20k to make tickets more covetted, and figure out a way to get people off campus quicker, this will be the norm.

They’ve expanded the stadium where it’s too big….
I agree with you, but it’s funny how a 100,000+ seat stadium isn’t too big for Tennessee, A&M and Alabama. Their fans pack their 100,000 seat stadium almost every Saturday.

True.
LSU just has fair weather fans. Plain and simple. They are worried more about being “seen” than actually watching the game.
I’m convinced half don’t even really care or know football… it’s just a social thing.

I’m not against storming the field. It’s a college tradition. But storming against A&M would be embarrassing and playing into the fake rivalry they’ve made it

It's even worse when you realize that LSU's "light show" is pathetic compared to those at Bama, UGA, Tennessee, and even USCe. Somebody at LSU must've received a kickback from MMR.

- Agreed, esp in the corporate world that has taken over in parts of the stadium.

Damn, this is one strong lie.
Yes it is.
I was at the game, the majority of those in attendance remained through the third quarter. I was a bit surprised.
