LSU does not release anything until the NCAA makes it official.
Anyone following college baseball understands how this format works. The SR winners from Fri/Sat/Sun play Saturday and the SR winners from Sat/Sun/Mon play Sunday.

Actually, I do know all that and the CWS does seemingly work that way, but this board is FULL of false guarantees. Few people take the time to confirm things and fewer still state that they are giving their opinion only.
It would be correct to say that based on past scheduling tendencies, LSU is highly likely to play on Saturday.
It is incorrect to say that LSU is definitely playing on Saturday.

I am going to say probably 1 cst 2 est. If we are on the same side of the bracket with arkansas and CSF don't you think they will be a later game because of where of the time difference? just my guess.

-- announce your findings that these times and dates are locked-in and that anyone who questions you is a dumbass and a poor LSU fan.

They will be in Omaha. This idea of having the west coast teams play late stuff doesn't factor in anymore. To me the only factor in putting Cal State at primetime would be because they are the higher seed. However, LSU is "ranked" higher and is definitely the more popular team right now. So it wouldn't surprise me if we got the 6:00PM game. It would, however, shock me if played on Sunday. It just isn't going to happen. We should be on Saturday either at 1:00 or 6:00.

We will be playing at 6pm on the 22nd and 6pm on the 23rd. End of story.
