I would be okay with this if the A&m game was moved to Saturday.

This season won't even have all our games played

We have an interim coach

Why not do what's in our best interest moving forward

Sounds like we didn't have a fair shake

How is this a problem? Just stoked they made a decision and the game will be played.

We get to play a game that up until now we'd all assumed was never going to get played. It's mutually beneficial and I'm cool with it.

We will probably have less fans for this game as people may have scheduled weddings / vacations during the "cupcake" S. Alabama game.

whatever...that game will be packed.

Will be a day game.

Oh and we played UF in Tiger Stadium last year. Not sure how people are forgetting that. We got two straight home games they get two.

Looks like we'll be at Florida the next two years to make up for them coming here. (Which is fair as we've got them two in a row.)

Which is fine but really.........

This same agreement could have been established last week.

I don't like this at all. We get a diluted home game this year and give up a real home game next year. I would have been content just to cancel the damn game.

Yeah, thought that was a pretty squirrely by Sankey in praising FU.

Foley is still talking like this whole situation i. s LSU's fault, too.

Pathetic

The one thing I wanna know is how are we getting compensated for losing South Alabama by the SEC. That's when we'll know if we got truly screwed.

Yes but we just replaced a home game already on the schedule with another home game and LOSE a home game on the schedule for next year. We will have 5 SEC games on the road.

Sorry if this has already been asked/answered, but I'm assuming b/c we've already lost 2, the only thing that matters at this point is the SEC Championship? If this happened and we had no losses or 1 loss, how could we recoup?

Yeah is Sec paying the South Alabama buyout of 1.5 Mil?

Are they still gonna make this an 11:00 game?

Yeah we played them last year at home.. no shite

It's in the past

Why should we give up a home game to suit them for their bs and jeopardize an even tougher year next year.. when

This year is about a wash with an interim staff and already two losses

Why make next year tougher

I said all along I'd be happy to play this game as long as we kept a full schedule

But I don't see this benefiting us much now and it's at the expense of making next season tougher

Didn't read the entire thread so clarify if I'm wrong. LSU pays USA $1.5 mil, and swaps home games with FUF for next year, we get our Home Gate this year that we would of had with USA but, we lose a Home Gate next year that we would of had? Sounds like we got the wood put to us.
