We had some adults and a bunch of kids in 208 yelling Casan or Queso every pitch when LR was batting. Had to tune it out.

We didn’t celebrate every hit with a hand gesture or dance because we expected to be successful and when we were we acted that way. We had more fun than you can possibly imagine and we didn’t have to try and embarrass our opponents to show it. It’s called being a PRO!

Underrated perspective.

Bird man was good, he just occasionally made the bird sounds but
not that many times per game to make it annoying

Beat him to a dead horse?

That doesn’t make sense lol

I’m not meaning “it’s like beating a dead horse” with the constant whistling.

I think he meant beat him to a pope.

Yep, hung out with him Sunday.

Found a video of him from 2019. You don’t hear him like you did at the old box. The new box has killed off a lot of the old box characters and charm. I miss the intimate setting.

You'd hope that our baseball fans would be intelligent enough not to respond and follow that clown like they do at that other place.

I feel the same about the folks chanting “ball three…ball four..” et c. Way too Aggy.

I actually think the ball four chant is probably the only cool thing Aggie does. It’s a great college baseball “thing”. But it’s their “thing” and we’ve had way too much success in this sport to try and copy someone else. That shite is lame when any one else does it.

Birdman gets a pass, he's not obnoxious with his whistling.
