I am not sure if this has been mentioned, but I hate the women's basketball game day crew.

Correct. It was a ridiculous spot to shoot from.

In BR South Carolina women’s basketball fans are the new Bama football fans.

Every basket counts and changes the dynamics of the game. Bummer to lose.
Good Game tho,

Unfortunately that's true. 18 straight losses-- simply enough to sicken even the least squeamish.

What were Richard and Flaujae's totals?
Richard was 5-6 from the line
FlauJae was 2-6 from the line. Which is not her norm
Knox was 0-2
Joyner was 0-1
Zakia Johnson was 1-2
Koval 2-2
Fulwiley 4-4
14-23 meanwhile SC was 15-17

Hard to overlook our pgs:
2/18 and 4 turnovers
Bad bad bad

To be honest thought SCar was gonna roll, feel better about the team
I admit I kinda did too. After that poor close to the first half, I was afraid they’d steamroll us in the second. We hung in but we’ve got to find a way to win these kind of games.

Have said it all yr
I agree , she seems lazy on defense

The little troll said it- we made our free throws and lsu didn’t

Not to mention there were enough bricks put up at the free throw line to build the Pitti Palace

Flo missed the free throws but was probably gassed too
Late missed free throws are often a sign of fatigue, but Flaujae was 2-6. She struggled from the line tonight, which is unusual for her.

Better be a whole lot of free throw shooting and a whole lot of running for missed free throws at the next practice.

Losing that game on our home court sucks arse. Great environment, all that home court advantage and we blew it again

MW is slow and out of shape free throw shooting was a joke point guard play was pitiful and we still only lost by seven. I think the final great 8 is the limit of this team. Give Bella Hines some more minutes Kim

This isn't biddy ball. They'll do what they normally do in practice. Some of you are retarded. Flauje is a 75% FT shooter, Knox a 73% FT shooter, tonight was an anomaly.

We had a once in a lifetime performance in the national title game in making 3 pointers and it won us a title. You would think we would realize that we have to have shooters.
This is pretty well true. Jasmine Carson, normally a role player, went on a once-in-a-lifetime tear from the three to give us an 18 point lead at the half. That does not happen, who knows if we win that game?
We already have the best pure shooter in the country in MKW. But I am astounded that throughout her career here we make no effort to set screens for her, get her open, etc.

I’ve found her defense to be up and down based on matchup. She doesn’t do well against the small quick guards. Against Texas she held Booker to her worst game of the season. She wasn’t the one guarding either of the Johnson’s who scored all the points.
Mikaylah just had a bad 2nd half. She was 4/6 9 points in the first. Shes still one of the best players in the country and without her isolation shooting and playmaking in the half court, our offense would be putrid.

In games like this we definitely miss having a scoring-rebounding machine down low like Reese or Morrow.
But those teams didn’t beat SC either.
