Oklahoma vs. Texas has always been a day game. It’s at the old Cotton Bowl stadium in the middle of the Texas State Fair.

Not sure. Never been to the state fair. I assume if you looked at a crime map there’s thefts/shootings/etc.. whatever makes an area dangerous.
