Florida is 4 point favorites. I would be more shocked if we won rather than lost

will this game be available for stream on iPhone?

Great question. I've dled the cbs sports app and I am not hopeful. Might be able to catch audio.

Overall, compared to watchespn and the cbs march madness app, this is a pretty shitty situation.

Eta: app description clearly states availability of streaming sec BBALL games so we shall see

It's crazy because Hill was so highly recruited. I was going to compare him to Josh Gray because most LSU fans loathe Gray, but I think Gray personally is light years ahead of Hill.

Him and Chris Walker were huge busts for us. They are both athletic freaks that made them stand out in high school, but neither have any basketball IQ. I really think this game is going to go down to the last minute. I'll be there, excited to see Simmons.

Apparently, you're in the "LSU played above themselves against Kentucky" camp.

I'm not guaranteeing victory this time, but I think the only way LSU loses is if they have an absolutely horrible game at the line.

I mean, I don't know if you have followed me at all, but that is not what camp I am in. I said go 2-1 your first 3 games and 4-1 your first 5 you are sittin great. The fact is, UF plays stifling D and it's on the road. People always talk about the sec being weak, but year in and year out it is one of the hardest conferences to win on the road. Florida has played some very very very good teams and played them well. LSU is obviously way more talented, but UF has some very good players and they play hard. Vegas is favoring them, so it's not like I'm the minority.

Also, as stated above, I think this is a bigger game for UF than us. It's all about what energy we come out with

This is the game that shows us whether we have turned the corner or not. The LSU team of the first part of the season would fold like yesterday's newspaper and get run out of the gym. Hopefully we are a much different team now and able to forget about the Kentucky game and focus on business at hand.

In other words, consistency is what we are looking for. Players that are alert and energetic who know what the game plan is and execute it. Who stick with team ball and don't go one on one and take the first long three that presents itself. And above all, a team that prides itself in defense and plays hard on that end of the court while communicating well and helping when needed.

Yeah, with the notorious SEC homer officiating. I hear you.

Yeah, that's definitely cause for concern, especially after Tennessee. The guard matchups are the biggest problem for us, IMO, and will depend on which TQ shows up today. Also, Victor will have to assume a primarily defensive role today. If he tries too much on offense, they'll just keep sending him to the line, and that likely won't work out well for us.

I believe I'll go with the crawfish fettuccine topped with gruyere this afternoon and see if we can't get it done.

Nice review of the players, however a terrible prediction. This is a different LSU team as of late. Tigers 76 Florida 58.
