Last year's Auburn game was fricking miserable weather-wise (and game-wise until the second half).
we got those sweet seats in the shade the entire game but I don’t know how the poor people in the sun made it to the end

Yep

Last four day games at Jordan Hare:

I’ve said all along winning at Auburn will be the toughest test aside from Alabama.

Give me a good UGA team in Death Valley over a good Auburn team at Jordan Hare every day of the week.

Yeah LSU doesn't play well ever at Jordan Hare. But overall LSU plays better at night there.

Stidham is poised to have a big year. Steele has done a great job fielding solid defenses the last couple years. Tbh I didn’t have any confidence that we would win this great untill Joe fkin Burrow arrived. Now we can match up at Qb so I believe our tigers can pull it off.

Was trying to remember the last time we won a day game in Auburn....not having any luck. Unpleasant memories from day games in:

2010
2006
2004
2002
1994
1992
1989
1981 (before my time but highlights on youtube show day game)

Maybe we won there in the 70s under the sun? Woof.

Let's turn that around in September.

Yeah. Usually games a 2 weeks in advance.

The only other game with a pulse is Bama vs OM and OM isn't gonna be very good this year.

JH turns into a beast after dark. Anyone remember what they did to GA/Bama last year at night? Yep, don’t want no part of that! Esp with them having revenge on their minds. This is very good news

LSU's last big win there was in the afternoon of 1998. Player of the game: "Booger' McFarland.

It could change to night time if both are undefeated

You mean on CBS? I don’t think there’s any way they use their primetime spot that early in the season.

I think they still take LSU/Bama for primetime this year. If we slide though, this could be the last year they do that. Been quite a run already. Seven straight seasons. I think that may be the longest such stretch they’ve had of one matchup.

I hate all CBS games. I wish they would get the joker out of the announcers booth. I’ll celebrate today when Gary retires and go sits at home with Vern
