Arizona did the same thing by suspending Sean Miller indefinitely after the Ayton tapes. It lasted one game. Relax, guys. Let it play out.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that some people can read these quotes, give Wade the benefit of the doubt, and blame Joe Alleva for suspending him. Unbelievable.
Alleva is a fricking bum. There's no getting around that. He's handling this terribly. If wade is guilty, fire him. IF not, don't give the NCAA an inch.

I get that it's been said a thousand times here already, but once more can't hurt:
Alleva really is an imcompetant spineless dumbass

Or you know ....
Take the Kentucky/Calipari route or the Bruce Pearl/Auburn route and just say frick it.

Apparently, Aleva didn't learn his lesson about jumping to conclusions and prejudging before all the facts are in with the Duke debacle!

For us? Good. We can get rid of Alleva.

Damning yahoo articles have come out constantly with no punishments to show for them (Miami’s, Luther Davis, etc) Such a bitch move
Posted on 3/8/19 at 1:41 pm to The Truth 34
I believe he was suspended so he would be unavailable for comment until this BS blows over...Protecting the University and Will Wade.
Posted on 3/8/19 at 1:41 pm to The Truth 34
Alleva is such a c*nt fart. I hate that guy so fricking much. He makes my blood boil.

Say Wade is guilty and they know it. What exactly does a one game suspension accomplish? What does any suspension accomplish?
being guilty and being able to prove guilt are different things. They are buying time to sort things out.

This is a chickenshit moves that only shows they don't have his back
Look, i hate it as much as anyone, but their job isnt to "have his back" in a situation like this.

I don't see how this buys time. It's not going to change the punishment if Wade is guilty.

I disagree. This move does nothing for them with the NCAA so it's pointless.

God forbid we wait for an investigation to be completed. The media is saying bad things about us!
And the suspension coming quickly makes it all look worse

They had to. It's over now.

Because he's under freaking federal investigation and it just leaked that he's paying players? I mean, c'mon man.
Posted on 3/8/19 at 1:45 pm to Smalls
All of the schools implicated have been silently letting this play out with the hopes the DOJ would settle with the crimimal defendants. Obviously this is not going to happen now and you are about to see numerous schools make personnel changes over the next few weeks. Sean Miller is unofficially OUT at Arizona at the end of the season. Wade though could now force Arizona's hand to get rid of him earlier as in the day after the PAC-12 Tourney.
