It means the team lifted weights today. It also means that by whatever standards or ratings are used that some players outperformed others. It means it will hopefully motivate the whole team to also appear on the list.

It means people are starved for football and are latching onto anything LSU football related to get excited about. It's not really positive or negative. It's just info for people that like this sort of stuff. It's a lot like the jersey number threads. Some love them, some don't get it.
