It’s almost like we would’ve had a huge pitching advantage today if the game was played you’re almost there, big brain, just think it through a little harder

Hindsight? This weather has been forecasted for the last 5 days and didnt really change

Exactly. USCe knew about this, and could have scheduled a Thursday doubleheader if they really wanted to get all the games in. The fact that they didn't tells me all I need to know.

South Carolina cancelled last nights game too early. They could have waited to make the decision. Especially with today’s forecast. You make every effort to get all the games in. It turned out it could have been just like any other night game.

The religions people were probably worried about it being too close to the holy day. The weather could’ve cleared up this evening

No, we wouldnt have. SC still has arms. But thats beside the point, this day was always supposed to be a wash, which shouldve been included in the strategy for pitching thursday

Guess its fitting we tied the cocks.. 30 years after their sunday travel plans forced a 9-9 tie at the box

It worked out well later on for that 1993 team

Winning 21/29 (72%) is a better % than 21/30 (70%). Unless im missing something about the SEC Baseball tie breaker scenario?

Yeah, but 22/30 is 73%

yea man you know it all. You were literally just complaining 2 seconds ago that Jay burned our scrub arms and hasn’t used our best arms yet, but now you’re claiming that’s not an advantage for LSU in game 3. Make up your mind. Meteorology is part of my job and NO ONE is “assuming that Saturday is going to be a wash and burning all of their arms on Thursday” 3 days in advance. You must be autistic or something with your total disconnect from Jay’s thought process which is clear as day

It’s also like we didn’t play to win game 1.

I’ll admit conceding a 2 run game in game 1 in order to have a pitching advantage in a game 3 was was never likely to happen is a bold strategy.

I thought about that earlier this week before this series even started. That was the “Plane Out” game that was the first ever tie. SCe is the reason the SEC created the rule that no inning can begin after a certain time due to visiting teams’ travel plans. I hated that rule and it was a problem for years. At least now the eastern division teams are doing a better job with their travel plans. Leave it to SCe to still find a way to create a tie and be happy with that!
