Aren't they only losing Bergeron and Lassiter? I don't know if Hodge is a Senior.
I think maybe one pitcher and one or two position players from the portal is good enough. Of course, that is if everyone else stays.

Yeah, need a catcher for sure, after that depends on who takes off! There are always surprises in every sport, I’m sure softball will be no exception

Beth was saved by a very easy SEC schedule—we played like 5 of the bottom teams in the conference…and she’ll still muddle her way to 8th place, barely over .500 in SEC play

I don’t think anyone is building tBeth statue, but to her credit they did improve over the course of the season. A marked improvement from our annual meltdown

Tennessee, Oklahoma , Texas A&M are 3 of the best teams in the country, Miss St has elite pitching. I would say it’s a balanced schedule.

I knew this post was coming eventually.
If you are going to make this point, were you also here last year to offer solace when LSU finished at Texas A&M (#1 overall national seed), at Texas (National champion), vs Florida (top 8 seed) and at Arkansas (top 8 seed)? Nobody at all seemed to want show any mercy over that last year, so it is not fair to piss all over her because the schedule was a little lighter this year.

Also LSU will end up with a sos in the top 5 so it's a pretty dumb critique for anyone to have.

They are also up 25 - 0 vs. Auburn in the 5th. I think they can hold on to that lead, so it looks like more games at Tiger Park this year.
Now, if they choke and don't make it to at least Sunday in the regionals, I can bitch about them again.
