Sounds like a safety precaution, however, who is going to be checking credentials? The same people who check purses and scan tickets?

I know several young people that are actually healthy, not healthy for Louisiana but legitimately healthy, that haven’t gotten the shots yet. They see that with work and school being vaccinated still submits them to the same mask Mandates and capacity/social distancing restrictions.
They see the data and how unlikely they are to get hospitalized and that there are more and more breakthrough infections of delta variant cases and have decided to wait for the next version of the vaccine to address the new variants.
They aren’t trash, nor are they stubborn people. Now I admit, this is anecdotal and maybe I’m friends with unicorns, but it’s what I’ve seen.

I can understand someone being hesitant for a vaccine under emergency authorization. Now that they’re starting to get FDA approval I don’t really get it, except people just being dug in and not wanting to change their opinion regardless of new developments.

Hey...you good with a vaccine that was rushed through with absolutely no studies available on long term side effects...hell even short term....with everything going on in this country....yeah...good for you. There are a LOT of people that have those concerns. Lot of smart people...including a significant part of the medical field. But hey...you are obviously way smarter.

Ok so for one, I am vaccinated. Just don’t think you should judge people on their personal choices. Being skeptical about a vaccine that was rushed af isn’t exactly selfish. Only reason I got mine is because I was afraid it would come to this and I didn’t wanna have to rush to get one before FB season.
