Thanks.

Can you add a little context/ link?

Is this total value for the incoming year? Last year?

If so, does LSU also lead in value per player?

I'm sure Austin Thomas and the boys are using the hell out of this, but I'd like to see Bonnette get this out there a little more.

It should be sent out to every top tier high school coach in the country as a news story with a few quotes from NFL GMs thrown in etc.

A truly impressive level of underachievement on the field.

That seems impressive to me.
Bama had 1 more player in the first round and 2 more players overall.
I guess there is a big difference between being in the top 10 and being in the top 30.

But yes. Disappointing that we lost 75 million worth of talent and don't have anything to show besides the great memories.

That train is never late.

He took all that talent and had one of the most accomplished tenures in sec history ,let alone lsu history.
He took that talent and had as many top 10 finishes as the previous 40 years combined.

I still don't understand the math that says a coach was a huge underachiever while that coach had the most accomplished tenure in a top 12 all time program.

Spotrac List of Draftees Contract Values

I confirmed the values for LSU and Alabama. They check out if Spotrac's number are correct.

LSU per Player: $ 9,479,155.00
Alabama per Player: $ 7,039,441.30

If you want any other schools, you have the link above.

This is total value of their contracts.

I guess LSU could just recruit worse and tally up more losses...

Or use this as a tool to keep getting top notch players.
