Scary thing is, it is our strength. Starting pitching that is, and only 2 of the 4. Other than Posche and Lange we are in for a rough year. When your experienced pitchers can't find the strike zone you are going to struggle.

IMO the worst was leaving Smith in there to give up 7 runs in 1.2 innings.

The pitching staff statistically was one of the best in the country last year and return the bulk of the arms. They will be ok.

What happened to Bugg? He was better than this last year. Oh well, they will improve. Lamar is a good team and we gave them too many free passes.

yea, we're due for an off year and this is it. imo, of course. things can get better but our pitching staff sucks eggs tonight.
