LSU MBB could easily be tied for 2nd in SEC

Let the Georgia and Kentucky game slip away at home. Played awful on the road against a bad Vandy team. Let the Florida win slip away.
However, in the big picture, everyone has to understand the amazing job Will Wade has done. He knows the teams potential and I believe that's why he is so frustrated after some of these losses.
Now I know the potential isn't Elite 8/Final 4. But, this team could've made the NCAAT with 2 more depth guys.
TLDR; Fantasic turnaround by Will Wade and co.

This team needed another big.
Combs and Kiir produced next to zero.
Pretty impressive to be 6-8 with such minimal post presence.
Outrebounded Missouri today with all their bigs.

The Kentucky game I thought was more of them taking it than us letting it slip away, but I'd agree on Georgia and Vandy....those were games I'm still lamenting losing.
if you want to balance that with the one win at A&M we were fortunate to win you still have a loss hanging out there that could loom large at year's end.
But this was a big win. We have four games left against teams that we are not overmatched by. So we have put ourselves in position to make a case and at the end of the day that's more than most of us would have thought at the beginning of the year.

The UGA and SFA games are the two you look back on that make you sick. Then again, LSU stole the first game from A&M and probably yesterday's win as well. LSU didn't play that well yesterday. And that was before the turnover at the end of the game which have Mizzou two shots from point blank to win.
