I voted for the eye but am fine with the winning tiger head. That being said, I wouldn't mind seeing the classic tiger head paired with the new style LSU block letters. Just my opinion fwiw

Who the hell voted for the last one? I would be way more pissed about that than I was when they introduced Toonces. Old School Tiger Head FTW. The eye is pretty solid too.

I do not have MySpace, can someone share the poll on myspace to get more votes? I shared it on FaceBook but was trying to figure out a way of sharing it to get more votes.

I know I'm going to get creamed for what I'm about to say, so let me first add a caveat: I don't think that "Toonces" is the necessarily the best possible LSU logo.
However...
I do think Toonces is actually the best illustration of the bunch (cleanest lines, best symmetry, etc.). The tiger head has possibilities, but I hate it as is.
Would the Toonces haters be more pleased if we could maybe morph the roaring tiger head into a cleaner illustration (a la the STYLE of the way Toonces is rendered)?
I do freelance web/graphic design on the side, so I might just take a whack at it myself and post it to see what everybody thinks.

i personally like the old tiger head too, but i do like the new LSU font...the GeauxFont...

Would like to see the poll done with the block letter lsu with the cursive tigers underneath...still my favorite. Helmet Tiger is awesome too though.
