It's when you get to this level against a good team that you're raw talent gets overwhelmed by good D and a team with offensive fundamentals.

Right because we didn’t face any teams that fit this bill in league play. Look man there is certainly warranted criticism, but yours was poor. “Playground ball” is the laziest take that people on here make when they have nothing better to say. And the numbers simply don’t support it.

Yet our baseball and football coaches should be fired for not going farther at the end. You guys need to make up your minds.

LOL Ed Orgeron is the class of the big 3 coaches. When he wins the Natty this year he’ll eclipse Saban.

Throw the bank at Juwan Howard. He knows how to play the game...

We lost most of those games against the top teams. Watch the play instead of looking at stats.

Tell me anything they have done tonight that would be considered well coached?

Only 3 turnovers is impressive.

They only had 9 in the 1st game too.

Playing in transition is LSUs MO. Put them in the half court and you are good. Even these idiot announcers knew this. This team was top tier offensively because Cam was shite hot for most of the year. Michigan took that away eventually....and yeah. I think Wade knew what he had this year. A bunch of iso scorers and really nothing else.

They finished third in a conference that placed a 2, 3, 5, 7 seeds. Played for the conference tourney title. Beat the shite out of a solid mid major team that was a one point favorite.

First time since Dale Brown that LSU had back to back first round tourney wins. Most wins in the conference over the last three years.

Hard to play “team ball” when your relying on Hyatt and Leblanc to body up an all American.

LSU’s advantage tonight was in the guard play. Nothing wrong with letting them play.

I sometimes wonder if other fan bases are as retarded as LSU’s.

The teams that make it deep in the tourney play team ball on both ends of the court. We look like a JR nba team playing 1vs1 every possession. So freaking frustrating.

Oh I watched. I’m starting to wonder if you did. First of all, we beat talented teams. But you think we lost most of the games we did to quality opponents because of the offense? Is that really what you’re saying right now?

It didn’t just suck. It was almost single handedly responsible for losing any of the games that you had in mind in league play. The offense (barring an occasional outlier) was almost never the problem

LSU had 3 turnovers. They lost because they didn't shoot well and couldn't get a few stops when they needed to down the stretch. Nothing to do with being a playground team or street ball. You guys are like the goddamned Democrats with you retarded arse talking points. Derp derp systemic racism... derp derp social injustice. With y'all it's derp derp streetball or LSU is just a playground team, they don't run an offense. Short memory retarded mf'er's

LSU went on long stretches tonight of not scoring. While I won't say they are a playground team, this team relied heavily on one kid that only saw the basket and nothing else. You can win a lot of regular season games like that but this is the tourney. Good season tho for sure.

Yep, being a one man show when you have the ball only gets you so far no matter your talent...witb a very few exceptions.

A one man show? We had 4 guys averaging 12 ppg, and 3 averaging at least 15.6

Look,we will find out what we need to know next year. Next year,we wont have the players to just run iso with screens pin downs and pick and pops with smart and Watford.

If he runs that offense next year then we have an issue

Well we had three guys with at least 11 tonight, two of whom had at least 27, so I have no idea what point you’re trying to make. But even if two of our other big time players played poorly in one game, I don’t know how that would describe this team as a “one man show”. There’s this thing called sample size.

You don't watch this team play basketball.
You don't care about this basketball team.
Your fake take on this basketball team sucks.
