Your fear is warranted. I’ve been saying to LSU fans for the past few weeks that this year’s team was the best shot Kelly had at making a run for the CFP, and he fricked it up by retaining an incompetent DC.
If LSU had a defense at least 50th in all rankings, they would have closed it out against Ole Miss, beaten FSU, and possibly taken Bama to overtime.

No doubt.
Daniels even put the ball on the recievers hands during the final play of the Ole Miss game. We were that close to winning despite this defense.

Sure because our recruiting is inspiring such amazing expectations. We are recruiting with the likes of consistent playoff teams and dynasties like Alabama and UGA.

I'm curious. Do you think every transfer QB that comes here will have that same success? Just because we got lucky twice doesn't mean it's sustainable.
