Doesn't do his research like the young guns... Just goes in knowing basketball. I actually don't love listening to him during games, but still love the dude.

True. I don't have anything against it.
And this is what makes it more impressive.
I also notice how his comments about what a team can do better is always the simple things - Block the baseline, get your hands up, drive to the basket, etc.
