It may work out. But man it's an interesting head scratching hire no matter how you slice it.
And once agin about the sells, I simply said they have done nothing in regards to postseason success compared to Tony. But if you want to crown em, crown em

Is this because he came fromDuke or does he have some bona fides there? He did not hire Coach K, not sure why basketball would be his best sport.

Well, it's obvious that the dad is grooming his son to take over the program. I don't really doubt for a second that he can coach, and he obviously has great national ties. How long the dad hangs around until the move is made to make his son full time is what's intriguing. The son at least has good experience working at Wake Forest and Baylor.

That's fair, but they've broken a lot of school records in a short period of time after inheriting a mess. After getting back-to-back top 5 classes i think it's fair to say they're going to accomplish a lot more than Minnis ever did

Dude you are getting smoke lavalled with the recruiting classes
Posted on 6/13/17 at 9:37 pm to lsupride87
not really. I understand the Kingsley girl signed a pro contract, but the Sell's have gotten everyone else.
I'm actually really surprised LSU didn't give the job to Michael Sell with his reputation. I guess he really enjoys being with his wife at all times

Recruiting classes in college tennis is as worthwhile as poison ivy covered toilet paper

That was a sham including her in the recruiting ranking btw. She has never even been to Baton Rouge and was never going to play college tennis.

Answer: not til we get rid of the 35 year old natatorium.
No heat or AC.
If they spent the $ for that, it would help considerably.

Especially considering one of Jeff Brown's former player just won the French Open Doubles title

Who are some of the other great college tennis coaches that have left to take positions at USTA (besides the Virginia coach)?
