The great philosopher and musician, Richard Marx, sang these words in 1987:
"No, it don't mean nothin'
'Til you sign it on the dotted line"

Gold standard hahahahaha they constantly take stars away from players when they commit to LSU. They drop a 5 star to a 4 star on a regular basis whether it’s a recruit or a transfer. Owner of 247 is a Bama alum. He’s biased AF and not credible at all.

DJ Pickett visited Georgia over the weekend and the LSU five-star cornerback commit liked what he saw in Athens.
"Georgia's atmosphere is the best I have seen at night," Pickett said.

He’s been firmly committed to LSU and reaffirmed his commitment after the Tigers’ loss to Alabama. When there has been speculation about a flip, it’s largely been about Miami or Oregon.

LSU is still the team to beat, but Georgia must be considered a contender again. “Georgia is a school I will be seriously looking at, but I am still with LSU,” Pickett added.

The #1 player at QB, CB, and RB.
Given what Underwood is getting offered from other schools, I cannot see any reason for him to come to LSU. Would you?
Sloan took a shite all over the offense with Nussmeier, possibly cancelling out any success he had with Jayden.

Players don't mind going to a historically relevant program with one of the winningest coaches in history. Yes he's dropped the ball this year but Michigan went from 2-6 in 2020 to 10-2 in 2021 and natty in 2023 under Harbaugh. Kelly has shown he can build a winning program at every job he has had so the only choice is to support him to get this class in and hope he fills in some gaps with transfers and turns it around. It's not like he hasn't done it before but all of the "Fire Kelly" BS when you know he isn't going anywhere could hurt the chances of getting that class more. So it's kinda like the Trump anthem, The best thing for LSU is to sign the #1 class. So do you hate Kelly more than you love LSU. Personally i want to see what Underwood could do with this class and this offense as they have the JD playbook.

At the moment we don’t have any recruits just verbal commitments. I’ll be much happier when they actually enroll. A lot can happen between then and now. Let’s hope this train wreck of a season don’t dissuade them from coming.

Seems like last season there was a thread daily about On3 only vs composite rankings. Mostly fueled by people shitting on the 2024 class saying LSU won't sniff the Top 10 and the entire class is 3 star players.
I do agree with the negas about how that 2024 class has been wasted this year. McKinley, Reliford, Green, Spears should all be getting more action, especially late in the season where you need your depth to show up.

Players will run from a trainwreck
If we are going based on this, then most of the teams in the country have the same issue. We just had the heisman winner and goes to show what we can do with dynamic players instead of slow LB's, S, CB's and a pure pocket passers.
These kids see opportunity and they will get every chance to take over positions. This year's team lacks overall speed and athleticism. at every level.

Will be an insanely good job recruiting this year if we hold on to these guys given the product on the field.

You might want to pay Mensa from TU if you lose this QB.
