During the scope of their investigation, the NCAA likely subpoenaed bank account statements from WW, current players, and prior recruits. They have copies of signed checks written by WW (or his wife) made payable to players. Said players (and or family members) endorsed , signed, and deposited checks into the bank accounts.
What more objective, factual proof and evidence do you need ? As I mentioned earlier, Wade is guilty of being stupid. Just like a disgruntled spouse writing a personal check to a contract killer to murder their husband/wife.

We have not been relevant in BB since Dale Brown. If we w ere w e would still be in the top 25 every year all year. Wade is a CHOAD. His offensive scheme was to recruit dudes who cannot shoot or make poor shot selections and hope to get an offensive rebound to put it back up to hard and miss that shot too. Those that think Wade should have been retained are cheaters too. What happened to integrity. You folks that love Wade don’t care about LSU, you only care about the next WIN! Thank you Scott Woodward. Hire us the next John Wooden.

Where are the pictures and numbers? Just because the allegations themselves are on paper doesn’t mean anything without the tangible evidence that this is real. I will say this, if this is proven then that’s the most LSU thing ever having such a direct link to the evidence just flat DUMB. Also, the NCAA doesn’t have subpoena power.
ETA: even if proven true, what implicated UNC, Kansas, Duke, etc. is as damning if not more damning than this and they fought the NCAA on it and Duke and UNC won. Likely nothing happens to Kansas and Self. Such bullshite they rolled over.
